Aro 2013 is a system optimizer and scanner that aims to clean and speed-up your system. ARO 2013 scans 3 main areas: Registry, Junk and Security. Aro 2013 scans every part of the Windows registry for errors and identifies possible registry tweaks that can help improve PC performance. Aro 2013 checks 10 different areas of your PC and can be very useful in freeing up disk space by identifying duplicate files. The basic scan will also alert you to make sure you have up-to-date security software including antivirus, anti-spyware, and firewall. However, Aro 2013 is a very generic product - it does pretty much the same as every other registry/system cleaner within a very standard interface and it's hard to gauge how efficient it really is without long term use. It also requires you to close browsers while scanning which is annoying if you want to surf and wait for the scan to complete.
