Армянско-русский словарь is a free offline dictionary for Android. It contains a lot of words, but it is not yet complete. It can be used in any place, including schools and universities.

Russian-Armenian Dictionary: Includes more than 49 thousand words in the Russian and Armenian languages. You can add any word to the dictionary and look up its translation in the built-in examples. This dictionary is also useful for studying the Armenian language.

Phrasebook: A handy and very useful tool. It is a Russian and Armenian language phrasebook, which includes different topics such as numbers, time, and weather.
