In the game, the player controls a character known as the US Army commando. The character is armed with a wide variety of weapons, including a rifle, a submachine gun, and a grenade launcher. The player must perform various missions, including rescuing hostages, defeating enemy forces, and destroying enemy weapons and supplies. The player can also explore the environment, in order to find and rescue hostages, defeat enemies, and destroy weapons and supplies.

The game was designed to be played in a single-player manner, but can also be played in a multiplayer mode. In multiplayer mode, the game can be played with up to four players. Each player controls a different character, and must work together to complete missions and survive.
