Places a 3D clapping cat into your camera view, lets you trigger claps and record short clips in a few taps. The AR Cat Clapping Meme Filter by Jade-Core targets social creators and casual users on Android, combining an AR cat simulator, instant video recording, and social sharing to produce meme-ready clips. It supports devices with ARCore and includes a prank mode and direct export to TikTok, Reels, and Shorts for fast sharing.

Turns a viral meme into a literal room prop

The app places a 3D animated cat into real-world scenes via the phone camera and offers interactive animations like clapping, dancing, and reactive gestures, which users trigger by tapping the screen. Its built-in capture tool records short clips so creators don't need separate editing software. Zero-skill content creation means the app handles AR placement, animation triggers, and recording automatically, letting users make shareable meme videos without importing assets or editing timelines.

Connects to social platforms for immediate sharing

The app includes direct export options for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, which simplifies posting created clips. It recommends devices that support ARCore for best performance, so setup depends on an AR-capable Android device and Google Play Services for AR. Prank Mode adds a social-use case by placing unexpected AR elements into shared camera views for surprise reactions during in-person shoots.

Simple interface with low overhead for casual creators

The developer optimised the app to be lightweight and fast, which suits quick recording sessions and short-form content workflows. Onboarding is minimal: point the camera at a surface and tap to trigger animations. Accessibility specifics are not listed, but the tap-driven controls and short recording flow reduce interaction complexity for casual users and creators who prefer single-action controls.

Privacy, reach, and early traction

The app focuses on social sharing rather than local-only use, with a Save & Share feature that exports recordings to platform apps. For AR functionality it requires ARCore-capable hardware, implying use of camera and motion sensors. Early indicators show the app is gaining traction in the entertainment category, which suggests growing visibility among meme-focused creators.

To sum up, a handy snack for social creators who make short meme clips

The app suits creators and casual users who want instant AR-enhanced meme content without editing work; it simplifies recording and direct sharing to short-form platforms. If you need broad accessibility options or advanced editing, expect limits. To sum up, it matches users looking for quick, trend-driven clips and playful social pranks more than those who need studio-grade tools.
