It provides real-time weather conditions based on your current location or any other location in Peru that you wish to check. The app collects this observed, processed, and validated weather data through its national network of weather stations deployed across the country.

With this app, you can also get a three-day weather forecast along with atmospheric conditions and the maximum and minimum temperature for your current or selected location. What sets this app apart from others is that it also provides information about hydro-meteorological hazards that might affect you. SENAMHI issues weather and hydrological alerts based on the monitoring of extreme rainfall, frost, snowfall, hail, river flooding, landslides, electrical storms, and strong winds.

The app verifies your location and notifies you if you're exposed to any hydro-meteorological hazards, along with the level of danger, indicated with different colors. Yellow represents a low hazard level, orange represents a moderate hazard level, and red represents a high hazard level.
