With App Columbia, you can access Columbia Online by simply entering your username and password. This allows you to view your credit card and account summaries, check your loan status, and update your contact information. Additionally, you can apply for a personal loan online and be contacted by a customer service manager.

The app also offers adhesion to e-Summary, a service that sends your credit card and account summaries directly to your email. You can easily join this service with your Columbia Online username and password.

To find the nearest Banco Columbia branch, you can use the app’s GPS feature. Furthermore, you can access Banco Columbia Home Banking to check your account balance, make transfers, and pay services. To use this feature, you must enter your Home Banking username and password.

Finally, the Contact feature allows you to search and call useful telephone numbers or send a message via an online contact form. Please note that the app is available only in Spanish.
