Apna Urea is a fertilizer product developed by Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited (HURL). It is a brand that is owned by Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited (HURL) and is used as a fertilizer by farmers and retailers in India. The brand is a result of a joint venture between Hindustan Urvarak, the largest power utility of India and the other partner, the Rasayan Group.

HURL was incorporated in 2016 and is a public-listed company. The three promoters of the company, CIL, NTPC and IOCL are amongst the top public sector under-promises of the government of India. The other promoters are FCIL and HFCL.
