Anomaly: Warzone Earth is a strategy game in which you must protect a convoy of vehicles on their way to investigate a series of mysterious alien crash sites. The game inverts the tower-defense formula: instead of protecting your base from attackers, you must make sure your convoy gets through the layers of defenses around the alien sites.

Use your power to protect

As your convoy makes its way through the cities where the alien fragments have landed, you'll lead them along their route, directing them to avoid enemies and achieve objectives. Vehicles will shoot automatically as they acquire targets, but you yourself can't attack; you just tell them where to go. In addition, you can create zones that repair damaged vehicles and provide power-ups and distractions to help keep your convoy safe. You'll also gain money you can use to improve the vehicles in your convoy.

An interesting twist

Anomaly: Warzone Earth is a successful variation on a classic formula. It isn't long, but it provides interesting tactical challenges in its short playtime.
