AniCa is a premium app developed by Deliberate GmbH specifically for Genesys Cloud users. This add-on allows users to make outbound calls with custom outgoing Caller ID, providing a convenient solution for agents and business users working in multiple queues and/or groups. With AniCa, users can ensure that only the group number is displayed for outgoing calls, making it easier for customers to call back to the exact group they interacted with.

By default, Genesys Cloud allows users to enter a number for each outgoing call, but it cannot be saved for future calls. AniCa solves this issue by allowing users to configure a list of numbers that can be selected from a drop-down menu before making an outgoing call. The last dialed number is also automatically preset for the next call, saving time and effort.

AniCa seamlessly integrates with Genesys Cloud, eliminating the need for manual entry of numbers before each call. Additionally, it features a "click-to-dial" functionality within the Google Chrome browser, enabling users to highlight a number and dial it directly via right-click. This makes it possible to dial directly from applications like CRM and ticket systems.
