It alerts drivers about speed cameras, oncoming vehicles, police checkpoints, traffic accidents, congestion, school zones, and other traffic events. The color-coded road conditions illustrate traffic flow, allowing drivers to make informed decisions. The app utilizes a female voice in the Slovenian language to automatically notify drivers about upcoming events on their route, eliminating the need to constantly check their phones and enabling them to stay focused on the road.

Additionally, the app provides access to live traffic cameras, allowing drivers to check the conditions on Slovenian highways before embarking on their journeys.

AMZS prometne informacije also includes an SOS button, which sends an SMS with the vehicle's coordinates to the AMZS emergency center. This message enables the AMZS team to notify the appropriate emergency services.
