AMS360 Mobile is a free mobile application developed by Vertafore Inc. It is designed to provide insurance agents with secure and convenient access to customer account information and management tools. With AMS360 Mobile, agents can build stronger customer relationships through more effective client meetings, faster servicing, and enhanced client experiences.

The app offers an intuitive user interface, allowing agents to view client and contact details, policy information, recent claims summaries, upcoming renewals, and download documents. Agents with add/edit rights can fully service their customers by updating client and contact records, creating new clients, and adding activities and suspenses directly from their mobile devices. This ensures that customer information is always up to date and synchronized with the agency's management system.

In addition to accessing information on the go, AMS360 Mobile includes several time-saving features. Agents can quickly access ReferenceConnect for insurance research, benefit from the "auto-create" feature that automatically adds new activities and suspenses based on actions taken within the app, and utilize client dashboards to review the health of their accounts efficiently.

The app also takes advantage of mobile device tools to further enhance productivity. Agents can utilize GPS mapping, email communications, photo capturing, and voice recognition for creating notes and activities verbally.
