American Fugitive is a new 3D top-down open-world single-player game developed by Fallen Tree Games for PlayStation 4. The game is set in the deep south of the 1980s, in a sleepy American town called Redrock County. Players take the role of Will Riley, who is imprisoned for his father's murder, a crime he didn't commit. Fuelled by grief and a burning desire for vengeance, Will busts out of jail to find the real culprit.

The game offers stunning 3D graphics and destructible environments, dramatic storytelling, and epic car-chase mayhem. It's a love-letter to classic movies and games of old, with a mature action-based plot full of mystery, deception, and corruption. Players can explore the beautiful and vibrant slice of 80s rural USA on foot or by car, and they can choose the life of a felon by robbing houses, stealing cars, and arming themselves to the teeth. The game also features time trial challenges and stunt jumps dotted throughout the world, using any of the numerous vehicles available. However, players need to remain vigilant as the crooked cops will stop at nothing to see them back behind bars.
