Always Sunny for A17 or A19 is a mod that makes the game 7 Days To Die a little brighter and sunnier. It does this by changing some of the biomes.xml files and the following are the results:
The fog probability, fog thickness, and cloud thickness are all set to zero. The precipitation probability is set to zero. The wind probability is set to zero. There are no clouds in the sky. The sun is shining.
This mod is probably a bit overkill, but all the weather conditions are basically removed, leaving only clear and sunny skies.
