AllianzConnX is a business and productivity app developed by SightCall for Android devices. This app allows Allianz Claims Handlers and designated Loss Adjustors to remotely view and assess damage to your property and/or contents. Users must be invited by Allianz or its partners via SMS or email to use this app. Once invited, users can download the app and connect to the AllianzConnX session by clicking on a link sent via SMS or email.

During AllianzConnX, users can take advantage of advanced capabilities such as HD audio, screen sharing, live remote pointer, two-way drawing and annotations, and pause video, photos, and picture saving. The app does not allow the remote agent to automatically access any data stored on the user's device. However, it allows them to capture, store, process, and retain photos taken during the live interactive session.
