Alight Mobile - HR and Benefits enables employees to keep track of their benefits. This app is designed for employees to access HR and benefits information anytime, anywhere, on any device. It is available to employees and benefit participants of companies that have partnered with Alight Solutions to administer their HR and benefit programs.

When you first launch the Alight app, you will be asked to register for an account. After that, you will need to log in to your account to access the app. You can also create a new account if you do not already have one.
