It allows you to securely access your files on the go via Alfresco Mobile, which is connected to Alfresco Content Services. With this app, you can create new folders, upload documents, search for documents and folders, sync files and folders for offline access, and work with your files in Microsoft and Adobe apps. You can also capture images, video, and audio, and see their geo-location. Additionally, you can send documents for review and approval, see your tasks, comment on documents, email documents, and join and favorite sites.

This app offers customization options such as using Android's text-to-speech engine and screen reader and customizing your home screen with Alfresco Widgets for quick access to essential content or one-tap capture of photos and text. Furthermore, you can scan directly to your repository with Fujitsu ScanSnap wireless scanners. For added security, you can protect your app with a pin, encrypt your stored data with 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard, and connect to your Alfresco repository using your Alfresco log-in credentials. Please note that Alfresco 4.2 and above is required for this app, and some features are only available to users of Alfresco Standard and Enterprise editions.
