Alfiyah Ibnu Malik is a book of poetry on Arabic grammar written by Ibn Malik in the 13th century. With 1002 verses divided into 80 chapters, it covers the basics of Arabic grammar and syntax. It is one of the two fundamental books for beginners in Arabic grammar, alongside Al-Ajurrumiyah. The book is widely used as a reference for Arabic grammar in many Islamic schools and universities worldwide.

The book is not easy to learn, as it is written in the mushannif style, which is an advanced level of Arabic grammar. It is usually taught after students have mastered other basic Arabic grammar books such as Jurumiyah and Imriti. Despite its complexity, Alfiyah Ibnu Malik is widely used in Indonesian pesantrens as a primary reference for teaching the principles of nahwu and sharaf. The book is also used to answer various questions related to fiqh and daily life. Its importance is so great that many believe that memorizing the nadham of Alfiyah can bring blessings to one's life.
