It's the same as the regular Monster Hunter World ReShade, just with the added option to change the colors of the game to your liking.

When you install it, you can browse the presets already made for you. This is a collection of standard effects that are included in the game. These effects can be adjusted and changed to suit your needs and preferences.

When you're ready, you can run through the tutorial to set up the game. This will take you to a screen showing you what kind of effects are included in the game. You can then select which ones you want to use. The remaining ones will be disabled. After that, you can use the ones you want and be ready to play.
