Alerta Contigo is a free app developed by the H. Ayuntamiento de Puebla, designed to provide timely assistance in situations that may jeopardize the integrity or property of individuals. As part of the Proximity Vectors Strategy, citizens can request support from the Municipal Police by activating a virtual button and will be able to see the arrival of the unit in real-time, within a maximum of five minutes. The app also allows users to communicate with the control tower, which will provide immediate responses to any requests.

In addition to these features, Alerta Contigo offers the following services:

• Access to the tariff table for violations of the Traffic, Mobility, and Road Safety Regulations.
• 24-hour telephone support to address any questions regarding traffic violations.
• Banking accompaniment service.
• Neighborhood chats for communication regarding security events.

With the aim of strengthening crime prevention and creating safer environments, the Municipal Government has made this technological tool available to families in Puebla.
