You can also use the Alert2Me app to make a report about an emergency that you may know about, such as a burning house, a road accident, a crime scene, or any other emergency. 

You can also report hazards that you may see, such as a chemical spill, an oil leak, a gas leak, or any other hazard that you may know about.
