AlbumMixer - Shuffle by Album is a multimedia application for iPhone that reintroduces the beloved "shuffle by album" feature. This app allows users to shuffle their music library without disrupting the track order within albums, ideal for live concerts, classical recordings, or concept albums.

By simply tapping the "Shuffle Albums" button, AlbumMixer shuffles all albums, selects the first 12, adds them to the built-in iPod music player, and starts playing. Users can enjoy continuous music playback even after closing the app. The app displays album art if available; if not, it shows the album title and artist. Users can control playback using the bottom toolbar, with options to pause, skip tracks, skip albums, or rewind.

In the settings, users can customize the number of albums in the queue and select a specific playlist or genre for shuffling, though this may be slower for larger playlists. Unsatisfied with the current selection? A simple press of the "Shuffle Albums" button reshuffles the albums for a fresh listening experience.
