AirJelly is an AI-powered desktop productivity platform designed to act as a proactive second brain instead of a traditional chatbot. Rather than waiting for prompts, it continuously observes your workflow, organizes information, captures tasks, and prepares summaries automatically. Its local-first design also prioritizes privacy by keeping your work data on your device.

Smart memory and automatic task management

One of AirJelly's standout features is its ability to build a searchable timeline of your work across supported applications. It automatically extracts tasks from meetings, messages, and documents, generates end-of-day reports, and answers questions using your personal work history. Proactive reminders and meeting briefs help reduce manual note-taking while keeping important context easily accessible.

This platfrom also supports project-based workspaces that organize files, memories, and tasks into focused contexts, making long-term projects easier to manage. Privacy remains a major strength because information stays on your computer instead of being uploaded to external servers. However, the platform currently supports macOS only, with Windows and Linux versions still under development.

A powerful productivity companion

AirJelly offers an innovative approach to personal productivity by combining AI memory, automatic task capture, and proactive assistance into one desktop application. Its privacy-first architecture and context-aware features make it especially valuable for professionals, researchers, and founders. Although platform availability is currently limited, AirJelly already demonstrates significant potential as an intelligent workflow companion.
