AIR Recruitment is a 3-sided recruitment platform connecting college coaches, athlete, and their parents, guardians, high school coaches, private trainers, and athletic recruiting services all in one place. The college recruiting process has been broken down into 3 steps:

1) The athlete can choose to be recruited by a coach in their sport or a recruiter for their sport.

2) The coach can choose to recruit the athlete and can choose between their own profile page and that of their university.

3) The parents, guardian, and athlete can swipe left or right on the athlete to indicate that they are interested in each other.

In this way, athletes and coaches can make a decision based on their interests, using their time wisely. When the recruit chooses the coach and the coach the athlete, both can see who has chosen who. This helps to keep both parties connected with one another, and it’s always up to the athlete.

This platform is an opportunity to have a direct connection with the college coaches and recruiters in your sport. The athletes can see who wants them, and the coaches and recruiters can see who wants them and who they want to recruit. It’s now easier for athletes to find a coach, and coaches to find athletes.
