AIDA ZwApp is a productivity application designed for Android that facilitates the recording of work hours, tasks, and resources directly from the field. Employees can log their work hours via their smartphones, assigning costs, project times, and additional resources like vehicles and tools to specific tasks. The app allows for mobile time tracking, including clocking in and out, breaks, and work-related travel, with options for notes and location data. Users can also manage assignments, selecting clients, tasks, and cost centers, with features like barcode scanning to simplify the process.

The application offers an overview of time balances, including scheduled versus actual hours, overtime, and vacation accounts, ensuring users stay informed of their work status. Notably, AIDA ZwApp functions offline, allowing data to be collected and stored even without an internet connection. It supports GPS logging and geofencing for accurate location-based task management. Integration with existing AIDA time management solutions enhances its functionality, controlled by user roles and configurations.
