AIDA Buchungs-App is a mobile solution for time and order capture that offers a user-friendly interface and works anywhere, even when there is no network available. This Android app allows users to intuitively and quickly book processes such as arrivals/departures, business trips, changes to cost centers, and time and project recording, and send them to their AIDA time management solution.

After a brief initial configuration, users have access to a clear main menu with all the functions of the AIDA Buchungs-App. The app offers various settings options to take configuration work off the users' hands.

Bookings can also be saved locally if there is no network available and can be sent later via the menu or the next booking. With a barcode scanner (via camera), users can book not only individual orders but also bookings such as arrivals/departures and work processes for multiple users.

The communication works in both directions: users on-site send bookings to an AIDA time management system and receive updated information on cost centers, orders, and projects from there.
