In order to help agriculture extension workers for effective agricultural developments, Punjab Public Management Reform Program (PPMRP) introduced an application for agricultural interventions named AgriSmart. The AgriSmart initiative has been taken to create a digital data base of all the necessary information for planning, implementation, and evaluation of agricultural interventions. This application is a part of the initiative, and it will serve as a source of data for the initiative. The application is a digitization of all the necessary data for planning, implementation, and evaluation of agricultural interventions.
