Agência Abreu - Travel Wallet, from Viagens Abreu S.A., is a mobile companion designed to hold travel records for passengers who book through the agency. The app centralizes itineraries, vouchers, flight and hotel confirmations and keeps them available on a smartphone. Key functions include offline document access, integrated maps, and synchronization with Abreu's booking systems. It targets existing Abreu customers who prefer a paperless, organized way to carry trip details while travelling.

Acts as a single mobile archive for agency bookings

The app consolidates travel documentation into one place, storing digital vouchers, flight tickets and hotel confirmations so users avoid physical paperwork. Centralized storage holds day-by-day itineraries and transfer schedules, which simplifies locating booking references and departure times. A short list of stored items includes:

• digital vouchers
• flight tickets
• hotel confirmations

Offline access and maps support travel without roaming

Downloaded itineraries and documents remain viewable without an active internet connection, ensuring access during international travel where roaming is unavailable. The app also includes integrated maps and location services to locate hotels and transfers while offline. This combination reduces dependence on cellular data, which helps users consult schedules and addresses when network coverage is limited or costly.

Synchronizes with Abreu systems for updated trip information

The tool integrates with the developer's internal booking systems, enabling real‑time synchronization of documents and schedule changes as they are issued. It provides updated flight and transfer information so users see schedule adjustments pushed from Abreu. Direct contact details for agency support are included inside the app to help resolve booking questions tied to those synchronized records.

Designed for booked customers but bound to the agency ecosystem

The app is intended for existing customers who have active bookings with the agency and expect a paperless workflow; it does not function as a general travel planner for unbooked trips. Support contact is present for agency-assisted changes, and the app emphasizes sustainable, paperless management. Users should ensure their use complies with platform terms and any local regulations that apply to stored travel documents.

A practical choice for Abreu customers who want a single trusted travel record

The app is a pragmatic option for customers who need an agency-linked mobile record of bookings and itinerary changes. It requires an active booking and the credentials provided by the agency to access trip details, so it is not suited to travellers without Abreu reservations. The app suits organised travellers who prioritise consolidated, agency-synced documentation over a generic trip-planning toolbox.
