Age of Magic: Turn-Based RPG, or simply Age of Magic, is a free role-playing game where you embark on an adventure filled with magic. You can play in campaigns and finish storylines, or choose other modes where you can go against other players, complete quests, and accomplish challenges.

You'll start Age of Magic: Turn-Based RPG with one hero, but you can gather more characters the more you play. Each of the heroes has different abilities that are proven useful in battle. Unlock these characters and build a team that can defeat the powerful demons in this turn-based strategy game.

Brimming with a variety of content

The main modes of Age of Magic are the Light and Dark Campaigns where you unravel the lore of the game. Both of these modes have different acts, which are then divided into smaller chapters. The game starts in the Light Campaign to help you understand the story, elements, and controls of the game through a detailed tutorial. You will still make progress even in the tutorial phase.

The tutorial will also teach you about your heroes' abilities and how to use them in battle. This phase even helps you upgrade your characters' powers and levels. You'll need silver coins to purchase these improvements — and you can earn this in-game currency by winning the chapters in the campaigns. You can also upgrade your heroes' weapons, but can't purchase new ones since their equipment is fixed.

Other great content of this game includes daily rewards, quests, and unlockable characters. It also has a multitude of game modes aside from the Light and Dark Campaigns such as the Arena, PvP Tournament, Special Events, Challenges, Clans, and Tombs of Horrors. You can even invite your friends to help you complete acts and special events. However, your hero needs to be at a certain level to unlock these contents, including the Friends feature.

With its various game modes and filled-to-the-brim contents, Age of Magic is undoubtedly one of those games that will keep you playing. If you're not finishing campaigns and quests, you can join PvP tournaments or participate in special events. Keep in mind that not all contents are readily available when you start playing. Many of them require you to upgrade your heroes to certain levels for you to unlock them.
