This app enables citizens and employees to actively contribute to improving public infrastructure by reporting issues such as road damage, broken park benches, or illegal waste dumping, as well as providing their own suggestions to the administration.

With this free app, users can easily capture and submit location-based reports of problems and suggestions anytime, anywhere, whether it's a malfunctioning street light or an impassable bike path.

The AEM software generates a PDF form with the report data and map section, which can be forwarded to the relevant municipality via post or email. If the municipality already uses the AEM system, users benefit from automatic forwarding of their reports, direct notification to the responsible officer, and email updates on the report's progress, color-coded on the map for easy tracking.
