This mod will allow you to adjust the sharpening of textures within the game. It allows you to adjust the amount of sharpening on each side of the pixel.

Unlike post-process sharpening, this mod actually affects the textures themselves.

It's pretty easy to install and use, and the settings are saved so you don't have to set it up every time you play.
