You will only be contacted if you are insured with ADAC and have a medical condition that requires treatment. In that case, you will be treated via video chat. The service is intended for use in the event of an emergency, in order to obtain immediate medical assistance.

If you are insured with ADAC and have a chronic illness or injury, the service is also available to you for continuous monitoring of your condition. In that case, you will be contacted by your doctor on a regular basis.

The doctor will discuss with you the symptoms that you have, the treatment options available to you, and your health status.
