Upon launching the viewer, users can open EPUB files stored on their PC by selecting the file. The TTS feature allows users to play and pause the audio playback.

The program provides guidance by reading the epub:type and ARIA role, allowing users to distinguish between cover pages, table of contents, and annotations.

Accessible EPUB Viewer supports the display of various contents within electronic books, including images, tables, annotations, formulas, Unicode, Chinese characters, audio, video, SVG, and MediaOverlay.
