We also offer 60-minute Group Pilates Reformer classes, which are designed to connect you with the most fundamental part of the body – your core. And we have 45-minute Rhythm Cycling classes, which let you ride your bike and connect to the music, to create a full sensory experience.

What’s more, in our classes, we work on all muscle groups, and especially the core muscles, to help you achieve your goals.
