Aanvullend openbaar vervoer (AOV) is a specialized transportation service for individuals with disabilities in and around Amsterdam. Operated by the RMC on behalf of the municipality, AOV utilizes specially adapted vehicles and trained staff to transport passengers from any pickup location to their destination. To utilize AOV and its accompanying app, users must possess an AOV pass.

The AOV app enables users to reserve single or multiple rides, specify pickup and drop-off locations, indicate accompanying individuals or items (such as wheelchairs or companions), view a list of all scheduled rides, track the proximity of the driver, monitor the adherence to the schedule and number of stops during the journey, and provide feedback on the driver's service.
