A World Of Pain is a game mod created by Dj Mystro for Fallout New Vegas. This game is the spiritual sequel of Courier's Overhaul, and is the game that started it all. This mod adds several days of new gameplay possibilities to the game. It makes the player feel that the war never really stopped, it just seemed to be going on in the background, as if the NCR and the Fiends were always there, behind the scenes.

It adds about 170 locations, which can be used as home bases for your character, as well as quest locations and settlements. Some are even abandoned, offering a taste of the old world. All of them are fully editable, so you can change anything about them, including the inhabitants, and the landscape. This is truly the ultimate pack and play game.

A World Of Pain is far different from the Courier's Overhaul. This mod really does add a great deal to the game and will challenge even the most seasoned gamer's nerves. The great thing about this mod is that, it's very easy to install and use, making it a perfect choice for people who don't have a lot of experience with computer-generated games. It's also been designed to use the in-built Quest Log system, which means that you won't have to do any work to start playing.
