A.DOT is a free Android application developed by BlaBlu in partnership with the Corregedoria-Geral da Justiça do Paraná, the Conselho de Supervisão dos Juízos da Infância e da Juventude (CONSIJ-PR), and the Grupo de Apoio Adoção Consciente (GAACO) to connect children and adolescents in need of adoption with prospective parents registered in the Cadastro Nacional de Adoção. The app aims to give visibility to children and adolescents who are in conditions of adoption and are often overlooked by prospective parents looking for specific characteristics in children.

The app offers a straightforward interface that allows registered prospective parents to view photos and videos of children and adolescents in need of adoption. To access the app, users must download it and be registered in the Cadastro Nacional de Adoção. The main goal of A.DOT is to give children and adolescents in need of adoption an opportunity to present themselves and share a bit about themselves to their prospective families.
