You are the 911 operator. In this role, you have to pick up emergency calls, and do what you can to help the people on the other side of the line. Sometimes you have to give the instructions to first aid, sometimes you have to call the police. Also, you have to use all your skills, from medical assistance to technical advice.

Play in different cities. Your job is to find a solution to their problems and assist the people in the best way you can. The game contains a Career mode with six unique events, and free play mode with maps from all over the world.
