Virtuoso is a player for listening to, managing, and exporting 8tracks mixes. Users can listen to and manage mixes directly from the application or import their playlists and albums. Mixes can be viewed by tracks, mixes, and albums and are sorted by artist, genre, playlist, or the number of playlists the track is contained within. A user can select tracks or playlists to play and create new ones. Tracks are also sorted by the date they were created, not by the date added to the library.

Users can manage their playlist by using hotkeys, which are hotkeys that can be used to interact with the application. These hotkeys are listed on the application's Preferences page.
