Moreover, camera delay is avoidable if the camera acceleration is configured to its maximum value of 30.0. Lastly, you can adjust the camera sensitivity to the value of one to get the perfect sensitivity. 

Motion blurs occur when moving the camera. It's recommended to disable it at 30 FPS if you are not fond of afterimages, the images that show after a long exposure to a certain pattern of light to the eyes. With this game, you can just preset the settings prior and make changes along the way. The only downsides to this are quick gameplay and issues with disabling the mouse acceleration.
