Points are awarded based on the number of tricks won. If a player fails to win the number of tricks they bid, they will lose that amount of points. Bidding for a higher number of tricks results in a higher value of points. For example, bidding 2-4 tricks awards 1 point per trick, while bidding 5-8 tricks doubles the number of points per trick. Bidding 9-10 tricks triples the points per trick, and biddingtricks earns 4 times the number of points per trick. If a player wins all 13 tricks, they either win big or lose 52 points.
