3D Anatomy Lite is similar to the Essential Anatomy series of apps in that it provides an excellent 3D tool for educators, students and general medical enthusiasts to explore the human body.

Although it doesn't feel quite as slick as Essential Anatomy, it's as detailed with the ability to view the body from any angle although you have to upgrade to the full version to see everything.
