361 Chetna is an Android application developed by 361Degree Minds Consulting P L for the Special Educators, Resource Staff, and Teachers with the objective of cross-training and gaining practical knowledge and tips. The program was developed by the Government of Gujarat through Samagara Shiksha Abhiyan.

The program consists of three core modules, with the first module, 101, focused on providing awareness of various disabilities and special needs. The second module, 201, provides special tips for teachers and special educators on enhancing their roles, skills, and approach. Finally, module 301 provides practical knowledge and tips about nine specific special needs.

361 Chetna also includes a common assessment to test the learning of the user. This educational and reference program is available for free on the Android platform and is a valuable resource for those working with special needs students.
