Space Coast Area Transit is a public transportation agency serving the people of the Northern Florida region, including all of the cities, towns, and counties on the Atlantic coast of Florida. The agency provides local, regular, and scheduled transportation service, as well as special services, in order to facilitate the movement of people and goods throughout the region. 

The agency is responsible for the maintenance and operation of all public transportation vehicles, including buses, trolleys, and light rails. In addition, the agency manages a fleet of special-purpose vehicles, such as off-road vehicles, which are used for service to the public in remote areas.
