In addition to the exercise program, Dashin Trainer includes a pedometer that tracks users' step counts, calculates calories burned, and records daily activity time and travel distance. The app also features a diary to help users track their exercise time and pedometer steps, as well as the dimensions of their waist, forearm, and chest. Daily memos and notes can be added to the diary for motivational purposes.

Dashin Trainer provides monthly detailed reports that summarize users' exercise records and pedometer information, including graphs and statistics for exercise, pedometer, calories, and weight. The app also includes an obesity calculator that measures users' BMI and provides basic metabolism and proper weight information.
