20/20/20 Vision is a Chrome extension that will remind you to take a break from using your computer.

If you use your computer a lot, the app will remind you to take a break every 20 minutes.

The app is meant for those that use their computer for long periods of time and feel like their eyes are strained. If you are using your computer for long periods of time, you should make it a habit to do the following:

> Blink every 20 minutes.

> If you feel that the strain in your eyes is becoming a headache, do the following:

> Remove your glasses or contacts.

> Do a couple of hand movements in all directions.

> If you are doing a lot of coding or writing, your eyes will stay focused by simply looking at a physical object like a tree or a rock.

> If you are talking or looking at a monitor with your smartphone or tablet, look away and focus on something else.

> Do the steps above every 20 minutes.

> Turn your computer off after every 20 minutes of inactivity.

> When using a tablet or a smartphone, make sure the phone is not in your face.

You can do the app in a way similar to a digital clock. For example, if you are viewing a Facebook profile picture and you look away, the app will remind you to look away at something that is approximately 20 feet away from you for a total of 20 seconds. The app is meant to keep you focused and not to cause you any eye strain.
