It is recommended that every 20 minutes, you should look at an object that is about 20 feet away for 20 seconds while working on a computer screen. This add-on helps you remember to do just that.

The reminders are set to beep once every 20 minutes, and after 20 seconds of looking away, it will beep 3 times to signal that you have rested your eyes enough.

To control the add-on, simply use the popup icon to turn it on or off.
